At our studio in Alberta, Canada, we hand-package every order with care. Here is everything you need to know about how your yarn makes its way to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds

 Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $60 CAD or more (which averages out to about 2 skeins of yarn!).

 

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

All orders are shipped directly from our Alberta studio using Canada Post.

 International & US Deliveries: Once your package enters your country, Canada Post seamlessly hands it off to your local national postal service (such as USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the UK, or Australia Post in Australia).

 Tracking: Every shipment includes tracking. You can continue to track your package on either the Canada Post website or your local postal carrier's website using the exact same tracking number.

US Orders (Duties & Tariffs)

 No Surprise Fees: All applicable U.S. duties and tariffs are calculated and charged upfront at checkout.

 Delivery: Because all customs and duty fees are handled in advance, you will not encounter any additional charges or collect-on-delivery (COD) fees when your parcel arrives.

Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

 Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1 week from our studio (unless noted otherwise on specific items).

 Delivery Time: Packages usually arrive within 5–10 business days (1–2 weeks) after dispatch. While international customs processing can occasionally cause minor delays, this timeline is accurate for most shipments.

 Multiple Packages: If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
