At this time, we do not offer Try Before You Buy, Pre-Order, or Subscription-based purchases. All items available on our website are for immediate sale only.

If you place an order and decide to cancel, you may do so anytime before the order has shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, simply email us at sales@arcanefibreworks.ca we’ll be happy to issue a full refund for any unshipped order.
