Hey! Tyler here, So before we get into the "stipulations" of a standard return policy I just want to take a moment and say "Reach Out" if your not happy with your purchase, if there's something missing, something wrong, the colours were off, Whatever the problem is. Just reach out! don't hesitate. I will do everything in my power to fix the issue to the best of my ability. I stand behind our colourways here at Arcane and I want you to be happy with your purchase! so... now for that dreaded return policy...
Returns are subject to approval and are limited to a 90 day window from purchase
Please contact us at sales@arcanefibreworks.ca if there is an issue with your purchase so we may discuss the correct method needed in order to settle the dispute.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. Unless otherwise approved by Arcane Fibre Works this includes the The cost of returning the item(s) is at the responsibility of the purchaser. Any additional shipping costs that were incurred at time of purchase are non-refundable (Upgraded postage from our standard “Free Shipping”) A credit will be sent once we receive the product in our studio and all previous conditions have been met. If you are returning item(s) from outside Canada and customs charges are incurred by Arcane Fibre Works, these cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount. We are happy to provide evidence of such costs. All refunds are calculated in Canadian funds.
Any items not returned in their original condition or after the 90 day window will not be credited. Please contact us at sales@arcanefibreworks.ca before shipping you item back.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of notice please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
