Canada / Worldwide Shipments (Non USA)

We’re excited to introduce discounted shipping on all orders with tracking!
The more skeins you add to your order, the greater the shipping discount you’ll receive and if your order reaches the qualifying threshold, shipping becomes completely FREE (for Canada and worldwide destinations outside the United States).

All parcels will shipped via Canada Post or UPS depending on which is more economical. if shipped Canada Post your parcel will be handed off to your local national postal carrier once they reach your country. You can continue tracking your order using the same tracking number provided at checkout.

Due to recent U.S. regulations and tariff changes, we’re currently unable to offer free shipping to the United States. We continue to seek affordable solutions for our U.S. customers and appreciate your understanding.

USA Shipments

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. We take care of all duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees on your behalf, these fees are included in your purchase price, so you should not encounter any additional charges upon delivery!

Processing & Delivery

• Orders ship directly from our studio in Alberta, Canada, typically within 1 week unless otherwise stated.

• Each shipment includes a shipping confirmation and tracking number. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive a tracking number for each package.

• Average delivery time: 5–10 business days (1–2 weeks). Customs may occasionally cause delays, but this timeline is usually accurate.
